NO LESS THAN 4 years exp, must be able to hit the ground running and work with a requisition load of 40-50 at one time, the right candidate will be highly enthusiastic and must be able to multitask.
Technology exp is important.
*MUST HAVE A BACHELORS* ANY FIELD IS FINE
The candidate must have experience sourcing active and passive candidates. They will be managing the full-lifecyle recruiting process for their group. Experience with Engineering recruiting a plus. The junior recruiter will be recruiting for all disciplines, including engineering, project management, finance, legal, IT, marketing, etc. Experience recruiting with social networking sites is a big plus!
