Recruiter

TECHNICAL RECRUITER contract opportunity in Milwaukee, WI. WORK FROM HOME within 100 miles of Milwaukee. Projected 12 month assignment. If located in Milwaukee, working in main office is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Source, identify, and recruit candidates for employment. Interviews and screens applicants. Coordinates reference checks and employment processing
- Conduct employment advertising campaigns and programs. Maintain affirmative action and career development programs
- Conduct research and analyzes data on assigned projects, including agency performance
- Work with external resources including temporary agencies, contract search and internet sourcing tools

REQUIREMENTS

- High School required, AS PLUS to have Bachelor Degree or Associates degree
- Minimum 3 to 5+ years recruiting experience in the engineering or manufacturing arena
- Experience working with external resources temporary agencies, contract search and internet sourcing tools
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
