Recruit Response Administrator

RECRUITMENT RESPONSE ADMINISTRATOR - £18000 - UPAVON, WILSTSHIRE - 12 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Capita are recruiting a number of ADMINISTRATORS to join the existing team based in the National Recruitment Centre in Upavon.

Staffed by military and civilian personnel, the NATIONAL RECRUITMENT CENTRE (NRC) at Upavon delivers the entire process for the attraction and recruitment of soldiers and officers to the Regular and Territorial Army.

The purpose of this role is to provide pro-active administration support in managing all resourcing and recruitment completion activity in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). The role holder will therefore work closely with NRC and regionally based colleagues and the applicant to ensure that applications are efficiently and correctly processed.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensure all call-related and administrative work is carried out in adherence with our quality and productivity targets
- Ensure details are recorded accurately on the system in a timely manner
- Ensure adherence to Data Protection requirements
- Support the administration of recruiting activities, including photocopying, filing, word processing and maintaining systems
- Provide administrative support to the Recruiters and issue correspondence as required

Successful candidates will have demonstrable experience working within an ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE ideally within a REGULATED, PROCESS DRIVEN ENVIRONMENT. Evidence of a high level of ATTENTION TO DETAIL and the ABILITY TO WORK WITHIN A CHANGEABLE, DEADLINE DRIVEN ENVIRONMENT is also required for this role.
