Recovery and Abstinence Worker - Central London

Our client has a job vacancy for a Recovery and Abstinence Worker to work in Central London. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £13-15 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
- Implementing, monitoring and reviewing recovery plans.
- Providing individual psychological support.
- Planning community re-integration and treatment exits.
- Working with service users around the 4 domains of recovery capital utilising peer mentors in the early stage to enhance engagement.
- Informing service users about their recovery and treatment options.
- Involving users in decisions and consent, and to encourage them to take opportunities to achieve a sustained recovery.
- Producing effective recovery plans with individuals.
- Supporting the achievement of abstinence and sustainable recovery options.
- Providing the service's key activities around structures recovery support.

Requirements:
All applicants must have at least 2 years recent experience working as a Recovery and Abstinence Worker.
