Records Specialist Job

RECORDS SPECIALIST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in HOLLY SPRINGS, NC.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Catalogue and archive GMP documents in a secure location.
- Assist in searching, locating, obtaining and distributing documents and records.
- Input, compute and track all archival information and project related information.
- Follow Record Management SOPs Report KPIs to Management Assist in the off-site shipment of GMP documents Support backroom operations during inspection and audits
- Develop and support implementation of improved business processes

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Associates Degree or equivalent experience
- Two to four 2-4 years' experience in QA Records Management function
- Working knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Demonstrated experience working in teams
- Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Word, Access, Outlook, and Excel
- Must have excellent communication skills and strict attention to detail.
- Must have previous experience in records management
- Must be flexible, able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and operate well in a team setting.
