I am seeking a very strong Records MANAGER/ Knowledge Management SME to join my investment banking giant based inCanaryWharf. As a record of a very pleasing increase in the amount of projects and programmes across the business, they need someone with a real strength across Records MANAGER/ Knowledge Management to be a key member of the records team and participate in these global Projects

Your role will include
Producing clear and concise problem statements that define an issue , its impacts and risks.
Produce project related documentation, including Terms so Reference and Business requirements, Project plans and strategy documents.
Identify related technology innovations, gaps and deviations by countries and facilitate cross-border collaborations to bridge urgent local operational gaps.
Initiate and oversee implementation of best practice records management systems and solutions to address major gaps in the Group
You will also be involved in the internal projects within the team as they improve systems and processes, so this is a very varied role, with a lot of visibility

Requirements
· Very strong records management knowledge
· Experience working on projects and programmes
· Experience with a range of record mediums including physical, electronics, shared drives, document management systems etc
· Experience in banking highly beneficial, but any large multi national company will be considered

· Experience in a regulated environment
