Projektbeschreibung

This is a unique opportunity to help establish a new records management function within a global organisation to deliver effective records management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Advise on the development and implementation of a Records Management Strategy to deliver the new Target Operating Model for Records Management
- Advise on the Records Management Centre of Competence to deliver operational guidance and support to colleagues across the Bank and ensure that a high quality, customer-focused and continually improving service is delivered
- Engage with key leaders and senior managers across the Bank to influence and ensure support for key records management initiatives and deliverables
- Actively promote, publicise and disseminate the records management strategic aims across the Bank
- Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders across business and infrastructure functions, especially the Chief Business Information Records Officers, Legal, Compliance, and GTO to support the adoption of records management practices across the Bank
- Advise the network of records management champions to encourage and ensure good practice and examples of excellence in policies and procedures are shared across the Bank and ensure the Business Information and Records Officer roles are Embedded and effective within Business and Infrastructure functions
- Advising and reporting to Governance committees on the effectiveness of Records Management initiatives, delivery against KPIs and the compliance of business and infrastructure functions with policies and key operating procedures

YOU WILL HAVE:

- Extensive knowledge & experience of delivering records management solutions, preferably within the Financial Services Industry
- Experience of developing and writing strategy and policy documentation as well as management reports
- Experience of selecting and implementing enterprise level technology solutions to support records management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience dealing with senior managers within the various business divisions
- A degree level education or above
