Projektbeschreibung
The position will serve as the central point of contact between the Records Management Unit and host Division for providing guidance and structure for reviewing and implementing the architecture change to shared drives. The Liaison Officer will be responsible for:
- liaising between the Records Management Unit and Division management and staff to review existing electronic shared drive folder structures and implement recommendations to facilitate improved storage solutions in preparation for a digital transition.
- assisting staff to reflect naming of paper records in the electronic shared drive for preparation to transition.
- meeting records management deadlines and assigned time sensitive tasks.
The successful candidates must have a strong operational experience of information and records management and/or data analysis. In particular they should ideally have extensive operational experience in providing customer support in record keeping, excellent analytical skills to quickly obtain information to make accurate and timely decisions and/or experience working with EDRMS.
The position will be located in Canberra City, ACT.
