My tier 1 Investment Banking client is looking to hire a Business Analyst for a critical programme of work centred around records management and retention and living wills. The client is looking to analyse the current state of their records retention across the bank horizontally - who has what, duplication issues etc. They will then help produce a Records Management centralised process to ensure a better way of working moving forward. In working on this role you will cross over various functions; HR, legal, trading, etc. and delving into the detail of records to assess what legal documents, what master agreements, what contracts the client holds and doesn't hold. You will map out, record, categorise the current environment, before carrying out new TOM/Process re-engineering to make the Records Management a standardised efficient and safe operating model

The client would like to see experience in all of the following in your recent project experience (within the last 3 years);

- Records Management/Records Retention/Living Wills
- Process Re-Engineering/Target Operating Model Change
- Investment Banking
