Reconciliations Specialist

Here at JPMorgan, we are looking for a Reconciliations Administrator to join the team based at Chaseside, Bournemouth. The IO Reconciliations Team is responsible for the reconciliation and investigation of the firm's Nostro accounts held with overseas correspondent banks and JPMorgan branches, through a global operating model with teams based in Bournemouth and Mumbai. The department manages essential high risk day to day responsibilities in addition to participation in a number of firm wide and business specific initiatives.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

This position is within the Reconciliations team, responsible for the account controls, matching of exceptions and referral to internal Lines of Business responsible for the resolution of Nostro breaks.

KEY SKILLS:

We are looking for an individual who has previous worked within a Reconciliations role though if you are eager to work within this area then training shall be provided.

- Transaction-level modelling (TLM) experience is helpful but not essential as training will be given.
- Experience of utilising Excel, Word and Access.

The Office is open from 6am to 8pm and this role shall operate on a shift pattern. Shifts rotate on a weekly basis and you shall be expected to complete each shift as requested ie 6am to 2pm or 12pm to 8pm. You are expected to organise your own travel to Chaseside as parking cannot be guaranteed.
