SUMMARY
- Responsible for reconciling cash and stock records to internal and external records
- Liaising with custodians and correspondents to reconcile postions and rectify breaks
- Internal liaison with other teams
- Assisting other Operations teams as volumes dictate
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Providing data to internal reconciliations team
- Rectifying breaks
- Liaising with fund managers to manually reconcile fund positions
- Liaising with UK and overseas custodians to reconcile securities
- Manual counting of physical positions
- Assisting with daily cash reconciliations
- Assisting other operations areas (cash, trade, reconciliations)
PAST EXPERIENCE
- Previous relevant reconciliation experience of all types of securities and cash is essential.
- Knowledge of Figaro would be as asset
