Receptionist (Part-Time)

Yoh has a six (6) month contract position for PART TIME RECEPTIONIST in to join our client Newburyport, MA.

CLIENT OVERVIEW:

Our client Applied Materials/Varian Semiconductor Equipment is a leading manufacturer of ion implantation systems, powering the Internet, the PC, telecommunications and the information age. Varian Semiconductor Equipment Associates, Inc. (VSEA) designs, manufactures, and services semiconductor processing equipment used in the fabrication of integrated circuits. They are dedicated to meeting the exacting demands of IC production and satisfying the ion implantation needs of IC manufacturers worldwide.

JOB OVERVIEW:

The hours are Monday thru Friday 7:30 to 11:30 AM. There is some flexibility possibly for other hours other than Monday. Definitely some possibilities for a stay at home Mom/Dad that is working around a school schedule.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greet customers and give access to training center, log them in and issue key, direct them to classroom
- Provide assistance to the training manager through general admin work (assist in maintaining the schedule, review documents for typographic errors and accuracy, track course completion and customer survey data)
- Prepare class folders, verify and post class rosters, maintain accurate records
- Assist in the shipment of books for onsite training and support instructors on the road
- Respond to customer questions and requests, answer phone, reply to basic requests via email, accept UPS deliveries

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Prior experience working as a Receptionist
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Computer literate
