SHIRESHOFFICE MANAGER/RECEPTIONIST NEEDED FOR A 2 MONTH CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY WITH YOH'S CLIENT LOCATED IN MAIDENHEAD PAYING £100-£150 PER DAY.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Previous Receptionist skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous Office Management responsibilities
- Proficiency with MS Office

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- You will be the first point of contact for all visitors.
- You will run the company switch board, answering general enquiries and directing calls as required.
- You will take responsibilities for ordering the office consumables.
- You will support various teams within the office with general administration duties and will be responsible for processing company wide expenses.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- You must have previous experience working as a Receptionist with Office Management responsibilities.
- You must have excellent communication skills.
- You must have demonstrable experience working with MS Office.
- You should have a professional and flexible approach.
