RECEPTIONIST NEEDED for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in HIALEAH, FL

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong communication skills
- 1 - 3 years experience as a Receptionist or Administrative Assistant
- 1 - 3 Years Post-secondary education or administrative certification
- Professional Demeanor

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The Receptionist is responsible for receiving and greeting visitors and directing them accordingly as well as providing administrative and clerical support as needed
- Responsible for answering incoming calls and routing the call to the appropriate person and/or department based on the nature of the call
- Acts as the first point of contact by greeting visitors and notifying the appropriate person of their arrival
- Receives and sorts all incoming mail for distribution as well as prepares all outgoing mail for pick up
- Responsible for registering and updating the "Tracking Log Form" upon the receipt of envelopes, packages, and boxes from the various carriers (ie FedEx, UPS, and DHL)
- Notifies employees via email or phone upon receipt of packages and/or letters
- Assists in ordering supplies and managing the inventory of office items
- Updates extension and cell phone lists for all active employees

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
