Receptionist/Administrator

We now have an exciting opportunity for Receptionist/Administrator to join one of our sites in Birmingham on a twelve month fixed term contract, starting as soon as possible. Salary range is circa £14,000-£15,000.

In this position you will be responsible for managing the front desk duties including answering the phone, meeting and greeting visitors, issuing name badges and to carry out general administration and secretarial tasks as required.

To be successful in this role you will have proven reception or administration experience with excellent administration and clerical skills. Generally good IT skills, along with superb communication skills are paramount. A professional personal presentation is required at all times in this role. Due to the urgent nature of this contract we are only in a position to consider candidates with immediate availability.
