THE COMPANY
Join one of the world's largest global IT consultancies based in a brand new North Sydney based office that has an amazing views. Our client employs over 200,000 people across the globe and is a market leader in its space.

THE ROLE
We are looking for a motivated individual who is seeking a temporary contract administration role. This will be a three to six month contract with the idea of potentially going into a permanent role.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO;

- Front desk reception
- Data entry and maintaining/updating company databases
- Administrative based tasks including phone calls, ordering, filing, managing accounts, writing reports
- Using industry specific programs
- Completing ad-hoc duties as allocated by the manager
- Carrying out executive PA duties for the country head from time to time.

YOU

To be considered for this role you MUST HAVE the following:

- PROVEN RECEPTION AND ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience or qualifications in business administration or similar
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Intermediate typing skills
- A self-starter with a passion for customer service

YOU MUST HAVE PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE MANAGING A MEDIUM SIZE TEAM WITHIN A LARGE ORGANISATION.
