Projektbeschreibung

Receptionist: reporting to the HR Operations Partner.

Location: UK Headquarters, Weybridge.

1. Deal professionally and courteously when welcoming visitors to reception and ensure visitors sign the attendance book on arrival and departure.

2. Issue visitor with passes on daily basis.

3. Deal sensitively with visitors and staff and ensure urgent matters are drawn to the attention of relevant staff quickly and accurately.

4. Deal with telephone enquiries and field telephone calls accordingly. Take accurate messages ensuring they are passed on as appropriate.

5. Calls to be directed to the relevant department.

6. Maintain the bookings of all 13-conference rooms, Weybridge staff must take priorities and we must try to accommodate them in an emergency.

7. Help security with post redirection.

8. Book taxis and courier as and when required.

9. Place all stationary orders once a week.

10. Liaise with security with the daily deliveries.

11. Record daily shares of Thales and BAE Systems via daily papers.

12. Play a key part in Weybridge Health and Safety ensuring knowledge of all Emergency Procedures are maintained.

13. Provide administration support to HR when required.

14. To maintain a clean and tidy reception area, safe and comfortable at all times.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Presentable, professional, friendly with strong customer facing skills. Receptionist experience (or admin experience in a customer facing role). Conversant with MS Outlook, Excel and Word
