An opportunity has arisen for a Reception Administrator to join our team in Abingdon, reporting to the Customer Services Manager. You will provide an efficient and dynamic first point of contact service to both internal and external customers and ensure a first time resolution is achieved.

We are seeking applicants with experience of working within a fast changing environment, ideally from a Customer Services or Reception based background. Candidates should be IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and proficient typing skills, have an excellent customer service focus, a flexible approach and strong communication skills.
