Harvey Nash Ireland is urgently looking for recent IT graduates or junior IT sourcers to join ourselves and our global partners for contract positions initially.
Location: Dublin City Centre
Basic salary: ~30/40k + excellent benefits package
Term: 1 year contract initially
Industry: online/technology/new media
The candidate:
You have a solid IT/computer science/application academic knowledge or work experience and an interest in recruitment. You will be sourcing for global online advertising platforms provider/search engine.
Key responsibilities:
Proactively conduct research and investigate new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies
Act as a search expert for a functional area by understanding hiring needs, position specifications and search requirements and proactively investigating new ideas to create innovative sourcing strategies.
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to generate ideas, leverage resources and share information that facilitates an effective search process according to assigned timelines.
Screen candidates for availability, interest level, visa status, salary range, relocation needs, technical knowledge and basic qualifications
Remuneration:
