Rebranding Program Manager

OVERVIEW:

- Provide Program Management for the Rebranding Effort migrating to corporate brand.
- Will work with a larger rebranding team representing the ENC BU providing status reports and updates on rebranding progress.
- Will work with the JDMs in coordinating the transition and manufacturing cut-in to the new brand.
- Will guide and coordinate the work of the BU team in rebranding to brand for all products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Will maintain the program schedules for all ENC product rebranding efforts aligning with the JDMs and our Operations teams.
- Status reports and program schedules are maintains and updated weekly.
- Will participate on the Rebranding Team weekly meetings representing ENC - providing status updates, schedules, etc.
- Leads the local BU rebranding team coordinating their actions and tracking their progress, ensuring that products are rebranded by all committed dates.
- Participates on the regular meetings with JDM, supply, and operations delivering the updates and ensuring the work is completed on time.
- Creates POs for JDM rebranding efforts, rework, scrap costs, etc. and tracks receipt and payment against invoices.
- Tracks and reports on all program expenses

SKILLS:

QUALIFICATIONS:

- A BA/BS degree in a technical area, from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of 6 years of general work experience and a minimum of 1 year of experience managing or tracking projects.
- Must be experience with MS Office Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and well versed in project management using MS Project.
- Must be able to communicate clearly over the phone for distributed meetings.
