My client in Austria Slazburg searches for a German speaking Real Etsate IT Project Manager to start ASAP and lasting minimum 12 months.

Tasks: Leadership, coaching and collaboration with and in IT projects in the field of Real Estate Management (Facility Management, Facility services, technical security solutions, etc.).. Support and development of existing and future real estate solutions. Establishment and improvement of new and existing IT support structures and handover to this

Professional qualifications:
* IT generalist with strong managerial and implementation skills (Management and Control) Necessary
* Project Management Skills Necessary
* Experience in requirements management/requirements engineering Necessary
* Experience in Real Estate Management & Security IT solutions needed
(eg: " GFOS "," Gantner "," Archibus "very beneficial)
* Technical training (eg. HTL) is an advantage
* Languages: English and German," very good "in spoken and written required
