Seeking a Real Estate Paralegal to provide general assistance to attorneys and corporate, regional and division personnel involved in the acquisition, leasing and development of commercial real estate in shopping center locations. Job duties include, but are not limited to, reviewing and clearing title and survey; reviewing and analysing contracts, leases and other legal documents; preparing ancillary transaction documents such as escrow instructions, deeds, easements, memoranda of lease, restrictive covenants and non-disturbance agreements.
Additional Skills:
At least 5 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and the ability to work well under pressure. A paralegal certificate is preferred but not required.
