IHRE AUFGABEN:

-You will be responsible for preparing real estate portfolio analyses as well as real estate site concepts and utilisation concepts
-You will independently lead international real estate projects to evaluate various project types
-You will compile decision papers and commission and oversee external service providers
-You wilt identify savings potentials and ensure that measures are appropriately implemented
-You will be involved in introducing and implementing global real estate standards and you will be responsible for recording, providing and analysing all globally relevant real estate data (internally/externally) in your field of responsibility
-You will ensure compliance with all laws, regulations and guidelines relevant to the area of responsibility

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-University degree in architecture or engineering, specialising in real estate management, or a comparable qualification
-Expertise at the level of a master degree in real estate management, or profound professional experience in comparable functions
-Extensive knowledge of real estate markets and business correlations
-Process knowledge in corporate real estate management
-Experienced in project management
-International business experience
-Knowledge of international real estate business
-Fluent written and spoken English

skills -Additional foreign languages, especially French and/or Spanish, would be beneficial
