International Real Estate financing job in Zurich
I am looking for an International Real Estate financing specialist to join a leading bank based in Zurich.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Responsibility for financing on specific deals
- Structuring, evaluating, negotiating and concluding mortgage financing solutions in a very tight time frame
- Refinancing of existing properties
- Involved in negotiating and drawing up loan and security documents with external lawyers
To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 5 years experience in international real estate financing, ideally be familiar with the US/UN market. You will have excellent negotiation and communication skills.
