Real Estate Data Analyst

An immediate opportunity has arisen for an experienced Real Estate Data Analyst to join our client, a leading Fund Manager based in London.

Key responsibilities of the Real Estate Data Analyst will include:
-Work as part of an IT Development team to create an agreed suite of data extraction, transformation and loading routines to safely move data across to the new system
-Define the Data Migration approach for a Fund group and agree this with key business stakeholders
-Work with the Fund Accountants to analyse the data migration approach for extracting datasets
-from Excel workbooks
-Agree with the Fund Accountants the transformation steps, reconciliation process and loading of data into the new system
-Work with the existing project team Business Analysts to shape the target Fund Structures in the new system and ensure the migrated data is in alignment
-Manage any post implementation data migration issues

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes/skills:
-Strong technical background in Excel VBA, SQLServer and SSIS within the fund accounting environment
-Previous experience of large scale system implementation/business change projects
-Previous experience or any working knowledge of Real Estate systems (ideally Yardi Voyager)
-Ability to communicate confidently and clearly, both in writing and verbally
