Real Estate and Facility Services Procurement Specialist/Mgr Job

REAL ESTATE AND FACILITY SERVICES PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST/MANAGER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in EAST HANOVER, NJ.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Real Estate/Facilities Procurement experience.
- Category management process experience.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CPSM preferred.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all aspects of Company' Strategic Sourcing methodology (ie Category Management) in connection with projects around Real Estate and Facility Services, mainly Corporate Real Estate Services and Design/Construction Management.
- Initiating a supplier performance & innovation program with key performance indicators will round the process.
- The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams (REFS, Finance, Procurement, Legal, etc.) through the holistic Category Management process achieving sustainable cost reductions and optimal total cost of ownership.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Three to five (3-5) years of experience within the Real Estate and Facility Services category within Procurement/Strategic Sourcing.
- Previous, recent experience with Procurement/Strategic Sourcing in Real Estate and Facility Services category, including Corporate Real Estate Services and Design/Construction Management, is required.
- Strong background in category management process.
- Demonstrated ability to individually lead contract drafting and complete negotiation.
- BS or BA from an accredited institution. MBA or Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) preferred.
