Reactive Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor with previous experience of overseeing repair works on day to day and void social housing properties to take up a position with our client, a main contractor based in Bromley.

The ideal candidate must be able to work with minimum supervision to agreed timescales and be able to prioritise their own workloads as well as other members of the team to maximise results. You must hold a valid full UK driving licence

Duties include:

* Supervising trades operatives on voids properties
* Monitoring and managing resources
* Inspecting completed work
* Delegating and supervising work
* Allocating work to the operatives and ensuring all work is completed within the scheduled timescale
* Ensuring all work is completed within budget and to contractual standards
* Providing guidance and training to the members of team
* Carrying out pre and post inspections of all voids work
* Monitoring progress of all the works
* Ensuring that all Health & Safety procedures and processes are adhered by all staff
* Providing written reports and analysis to management
* Ensuring a high quality of workmanship
