React.js Developer

SOFTWARE DEVELOPER - BACK END JAVASCRIPT DEVELOPER - AWS - NODE.JS - REACT.JS

Our well digital media company requires a Back End Developer with React.js and Node.js to work a small Agile team, you will be one of three developers that will be responsible for a creating a new AWS based website. You will work within a Continuous Delivery environment, with incremental and iterative development practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- This particular role is focused on JavaScript development. You will be the client side and Server Side JavaScript expert within the team of three with demonstrable experience using React JS
- Whilst you are the JavaScript expert, all three developers are expected to generalise in web development as a whole and having experience working with AWS is required

REQUIRED SKILLS

- A proven JavaScript Developer with significant Reactjs framework experience as well as good knowledge of Node.js frameworks
- Demonstrable experience developing rich, robust and responsive user experiences on the web
- Knowledge of cloud-based deployment and monitoring, eg AWS, Azure
- Experience of working within an Agile project/team
- Experience working on high capacity, high traffic, high availability audience facing websites
- Experience with continuous integration, TDD and pair programming
