RDR Workstream Manager

My client is looking for a Workstream manager to be Accountable for managing at least one of seven workstreams that comprise the banks Group Structural Reform Programme.

The aims are to ensure collaborative delivery of the Structural Reform objectives and proper and appropriate governance, oversight and clear thinking around the workstream delivery. Secondarily, the role is there to ensure that there is appropriate communication from the workstream to the central team, and issues, dependencies and key risks are clearly captured.

The required candidate will have:

Proven experience in creating powerful executive reporting materials for use in presentations to senior management and executives.
Proven influencing and relationship management skills at Dir/MD level, that demonstrate ability to balance and manage diverse stakeholder interest

They must also have solid subject matter expertise in one of the following: Legal, Technology or Operations, Investment Banking
