RCM Analyst Support Engineer

RCM ANALYST SUPPORT ENGINEER - AIRCRAFT SUPPORT ENGINEERING, ILS SUPPORT, RELIABILITY COST MANAGEMENT (RCM), ANALYSIS, MAINTENANCE

A RCM Analyst Support Engineer with Aircraft Support Engineering, ILS Support, Reliability Cost Management (RCM), Analysis, Maintenance is required to work on a six month contract with the possibility of extension for our Defence client based in Preston.

An opportunity has arisen within our client's team for an RCM Analyst and Support Engineer.

The successful candidate will have experience Conducting Design RCM analysis against Design Baseline change to determine the resulting scheduled maintenance requirements and to perform optimisation activities as part of a wider team looking at ways to improve the schedule based on in-service feedback and collaboration.

OVERVIEW OF THE RCM ANALYST SUPPORT ENGINEER CONTRACT ROLE

The jobholder's primary role will be conducting RCM analysis; and in support of this analysis, recommend changes to the Logistic Support Analysis Record (LSAR) data for preventive maintenance tasks against the existing Master Maintenance List, Out of Phase maintenance, engineer Change and Technical Instructions.

Liaise and work within the RCM Organisation, the Supportability and Technical Publication teams.

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE RCM ANALYST SUPPORT ENGINEER

- Experience in the aircraft support engineering environment
- Experience in the production of Integrated Logistic Support products for aircraft
- Experience associated with RCM in a design or support engineering environment
- Relevant engineering qualifications or equivalent
- Experience in the operation and service maintenance of aircraft and air vehicle systems engineering would be beneficial
- Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Project
- Communication, Team work and Motivation
- Relevant Engineering Degree or Equivalent Experience

The role is based in Preston, Lancashire - commutable from Blackpool, Lancaster, Morecambe, Chorley, Leyland, Blackburn, Darwen, Burnley, Skipton, Stockport, Manchester, Warrington, Wigan, Bolton, Bury, Rochdale and Oldham with excellent access from Liverpool and Leeds
