FUNCTION DESCRIPTION:

Raw Material Coordinator

- This role ensures a key development activity in the upgrade and the development of all the Raw Material life cycle processes, from creation to internal customer use, within all sites, in compliance with international GMP requirements
- This development is part of the "In - Coming Material Program Initiative", with 5 projects topics being Raw Material creation, specification, change management, supplier CoA handling, supplier notification management
- This position will be at least a 4 months maternity leave take-over,integrated in projects initiative initiated in 2012, so according the projects, the activities are corresponding to different stages (implementation activities for 4 projects, full project for the 5th one)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The incumbent is in charge to develop projects about RM processes, issued from specific corporate initiatives, Risk management activities, Operational Excellence improvements, with project activities such as:

- review of processes with stakeholders
- identification of user, company, customer, business, requirements
- development of team work, in order to get optimized, compliant, lean,efficient, processes
- analysis and synthesis, proposal definition
- consensus development
- definition of implementation plan
- implementation plan follow-up with activities such as guidelines, OP, validation programs, definition, local on site and global raining, user/IT interfacing during IT development, efficiency easurement through KPI definition and analysis,

in international regulated activities, with integration and development of several industrial, technical, mindsets and cultures (global and/or local activities, recent and long expertise plants, Asia/America/Europe manufacturing activities, use of CMO's) and development of new supply concepts(such as just in time delivery from suppliers, reliability to suppliers QC through GMP compliant processes and CoAs, )

The incumbent is in charge to:

- define and follow implementation plans
- define application models
- define application procedures and tools
- define training modules
- dispense trainings
- follow the launch
- appreciate the efficiency

Further than the projects activities defined here before, the incumbent, is also in charge to assure operational daily activities, to follow Supplier Notifications management (about 20 files per week)

PREREQUISITES:

Education:

- Scientific degree (engineer, sciences, biology, pharmacist, ... )

Knowledge:

- Project management in pharmaceutical activities
- Technical and international GMP knowledge's required in order to appreciate challenges and activities flows at a global corporateperspective level, integrating strategic and ambitious supply conceptswith high reliability to suppliers
- A good knowledge of QC and QA requirements will allow the incumbentto focus on processes design, optimization and operational efficiencyas QA and QC international GMP basics will be already a domain ofexpertise

Experience:

- At least 5 years, in operational activities in operation and/orquality pharmaceutical activities, with good knowledge of international GMP requirements, industrial flows, and with knowledge of project management
- Correct basic industrial knowledge of pharma activities will allowcreativity in new concepts implementation, and it will allow to get consensus developing open and flexible minds of actors
- Not a must, but knowledge of Operation Excellence projects canfacilitate the position activities, in order to develop implementation of improvement actions
