For a project in Lausanne, we are looking for a
Ratings & Reviews Project Manager
Main purpose is to leverage the client`s scale to provide tools that help deliver the strategic objectives while packaging best practices through functional leadership. As part of the brand advocacy toolkit we've identified ratings & reviews as being one of the most influential contact points to drive new consumers from consideration to trial. Coordinate market adoption on the digital marketing side of key tools: Ratings & Reviews and advocacy platforms.Work very closely with internal technical teams to test, validate and enhance the core models of these solutions during development and implementation in markets.
You will be responsible for Support in selecting the relevant Ratings & Reviews and Advocacy platforms and kick-start their implementation.
Key competencies:
- Experience with Ratings yet collaborative & respectful working environment in place
- Fluent in English
