Our Telco Vendor Customer is urgently seeking an RAN Operations Lead to join their team in Dublin.
We are looking for proven experience in managing a team of engineers in a Network Operations environment.
The candidate should have below:
- Good understanding of the Contract
- Interact and give daily updates to the Network Operations & Change Management teams.
- Handling fault escalations as per fault management process.
- Fault Report Management.
- Manage Off-shored resources.
- Maintaining Front Office and Back Office support.
- Downtime reporting.
- Drive Incident Escalations and Manage communications during and after and Incident.
- Responsible for all issues post-Integration and Pre-Acceptance. This will include Managing the ASP's on site and monitoring ASP performance.
- Manage the OJT process for the FLS & SLS.
- Proven experience working in NRO and with customers from an operational view.
