Our Telco Vendor Customer is urgently seeking an RAN Operations Lead to join their team in Dublin.
Senior engineer with team leadership experience to oversee the day-to-day monitoring and management of network during site swap activities. The role will be hands-on and the candidate will have to manage all required inputs for RAN Integration from other work streams as well as oversee team of SLS engineers.
The role will involve reporting to overall program manager. Reports will include showing performance status of the Radio network, including issues that require troubleshooting, eg, whether pre-emptive maintenance tasks are required. As sites go on air, this role is to ensure that network KPI's maintain within acceptable standards and that the integration of sites does not result in degradation of the network.
Strong communication skills required. Ability to outline/foresee risks and mitigate accordingly.
Previous experience in operating/managing customer network is an advantage.
