RAN Design Engineer

My client is an international telecom and media company with around 15 million clients in 10 European countries. They are looking for a RAN Design and optimisation engineer to join them on a project being rolled out this year.

Responsibilities:
*Identification of new potential locations for coverage and capacity
*Liaise and support internal departments request for coverage analysis and proposals
*Plan evaluation and simulation coverage measurement surveys
oParticipate in site surveys and project meetings
oPlanning and new site creation
*Site ranking and selection of potential candidates
*Perform on site Technical Site Surveys
*LTE troubleshooting, tuning, optimization and maintenance based on drive test data, using tools Ascom TEMS and Anite NEMO;
*Database management and consistency confirmation
*Define site materials (RBS equipment's, feeders, antennas, TMAs, combiners, diplexers);
*RAN site configuration file creation, PCI Planning, neighbor list creation

Skills and Experience:
*Proven minimum 5 years 3G/4G design and optimization operator experience
*Full knowledge and experience with Radio Planning tool (Atoll)
*Experience with OSS and other KPI tools for network performance analysis
*TEMS measurement tool and investigation experience
