Signalling Testing Engineers with TVM SEI ANSALDO - Far East

Our Client is a major global company with expertise in building and delivering transportation systems around the World.

They are looking to recruit several Testing Engineers with expertise in High Speed Signalling technology TVM and SEI ANSALDO.

You will have a proven track record of having worked on high speed train or metro networks around the World and have confidence in picking up a new and very complex project.

The scope of the role is that you must be able to prepare and perform the commissioning tests of the high speed line will be experienced with TVM SEI Ansaldo system.

The following are aspects of the role that you will be involved in:
Perform technical audits ( and post campaign ) and trace facilities validating execution documents and schemas Signaling (Part 1 technical drawings )
Power and control equipment in the halls of signalling .
Verification of inputs/outputs of SEI with a draft campaign
Carry out energized and settings of the various circuits in the field.
Conduct safety testing equipment in the field ( shunt testing, testing of double cut ...)
Perform testing local campaign office (local integration facilities for each position) Validation of
Perform integration testing of each item from the central
Perform testing station to station
Perform testing interface with other trades, catenary, track, telecom ...
Participate in dynamic tests
Establish equipment maintenance records in the format provided by the Client
Maintain facilities between their power and their commissioning
Participate in commissioning facilities

You will be assisting managers and team-leaders of each test item and the test leader must:
Establish the specifications Verification Techniques
Establish the specifications for each phase of testing
Train and monitor the competence of test teams.
Ensure training and compliance testers vis-a-vis safety rules in force on the site.
Establish and track record of testing tools
Establish a schedule of tests
Book possessions necessary for testing during the construction phase (especially for testing Switches)
Maintain documentation of testing and back yard (release management)

The timeline for this position is October 2013 for a period of 12 months.
