Radio Planning and Optimization Engineer Needed - Indoor Coverage (Ams

RF planner preferably with experience of iBWave or similar technology required for 4G LTE rollout project for a leading telecommunications company in the Netherlands. The indoor radio and optimization planner will have RF planning/RF design/2G, 3G, 4G mobile operator roll-out process experience. Knowledge of DAS/iBWave/Atoll/MapInfo or similar products/tools.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

- RF planning for Macro Network GSM (2G)/UMTS (3G)/LTE (4G) and/or Indoor Designs;
- Support the nominal planning, candidate selection and site surveys up to site acceptance;
- Visit sites locations throughout the country. Discuss solutions with Site Engineers, Negotiators and Landlords;
- Create work orders in workflow management systems;
- Calculate and determine network impact for coverage and capacity expansions;
- Evaluate (drive) test data to identify performance issues;
- Recommend RF solutions and carrying out changes to improve site performance;
- Support corporate coverage requests;
- Support Site Share
- Support RF system introduction process;
- Support governmental regulation requests.
