Radio Network Solution Consultant

Job description:

1) Mobile operators Strategy consulting, technical consult.ing in radio network domain;
2) Complete services solution to meet customers' business needs. It includes all radio network aspects from beginning to end, radio network planning and radio network optimization;
3) Responsible for providing Business development and Sales Support within area of expertise, from the business model, operation management trends and systems integration solutions to guide customers, find point of sales opportunities to promote products and systems integration solutions sales.
4) Understand and consolidate mobile operators' key requirements, provide strategic insights and special contributions to the professional solution, push the solution to be implemented under Huawei hierarchy and deployed in target customers

Requirements:

Working experience

1) At least 8 years experience in radio network R
2) Rich knowledge and understanding on GSM/WCDMA/LTE radio, performance analysis and evolution, deep understanding of Network consulting and System Integration, familiar with operators' network, service and operation mode, familiar with eTOM and ITIL;

Capability requirement

1) Familiar with radio network solution, mobile voice and mobile datacom network solution, familiar with key points and flows of Network consulting, system integration, operation management.
2) Excellent English skills both in verbal and written are required.
3) Strong interpersonal & communication skills. Good at producing and delivering presentations.
4) Strong organization and project management skills desirable, team player, responsible and self-motivated.
5) Willingness to travel overseas.
6) Good adaptability and quick learner of new technical knowledge is essential.

Background desirable

1) Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science, Telecommunication, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields.
2) Candidates from main vendors of industry, with good working experience in radio network R
