Radio Network Planner and Optimizer- Swedish Speaking

RADIO NETWORK PLANNER AND OPTIMIZER- SWEDISH SPEAKING

We are looking for an experienced Radio Network Planner and Optimizer. You will be working with the latest systems technology including 2G, 3G, and 4G (LTE) and taking responsibility for planning optimization and capacity over expansive geographic areas.

You will therefore be managing and developing the customer experience from a radio perspective by monitoring and acting upon various KPI's measured in the field. In addition to this you will also be involved in various technical systems investigations.Requirements:

- An MSc or BSc in telecommunications or equivalent.
- A background and experience in mobile network planning and optimization.
- In depth knowledge of 2G and 3G networks.
- Experience in and extensive knowledge of 4G (LTE)
- A proven track record of systems investigations in radio and telecoms.
- A deep understanding of the relationship between quality, capacity and optimization in radio range.
- Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
