Radio Network Performance Engineer (Coverage & Capacity)

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced Radio Network Performance Evaluation Engineer whose main tasks will be to evaluate and analyze the impact of traffic growth in various radio network deployment scenarios.

You will be joining an existing team in Stockholm and working for a world leader in telecommunication and network solution provider.

I am looking for a Radio Network Performance Engineer who will have an excellent understanding of 3GPP-specific - as well as potential proprietary - feature implementations on base station, antenna and radio network levels. You will be expected to provide new ideas on future solutions, when & how to use them in hand with different deployment scenarios.

Required Experience & Skills:

* Minimum 10 years of previous experience within telecoms, specifically wireless with a focus on radio network related performance evaluation and analysis
* In-depth experience/knowledge of simulation tools (including experience of feature implementations and understanding of various modelling aspects in such tools)
* Thorough understanding of mobile access standards of today and for the future
* You have the ability to develop innovative solutions and validate them
* You should be a clear and concise communicator delivering high quality work
* Fluent English, both verbally and in writing
* Good documentation and presentation skills
