Radio Network Optimiser (Russia)

We are looking for experienced radio network optimisation engineers that can troubleshoot and optimise LTE and UMTS radio networks applying professional HW and SW.

We have 3 positions available; 4G Experts, 3G experts OR 2G Experts.

Responsibilities:

Testing and introduction of new radio features for KPIs improvement;

Network resources utilization analysis and enhancement;

Analysis of mobile services quality and its improvement;

Audit and optimization of radio parameters;

Optimization of Inter-RAT and Intra-RAT layers;

OSS statistics analysis and KPIs improvement;

Drive tests log-files analysis;

eNodeB log-files/traces, probe log-files analysis.                                                          

3 to 5 years of a professional expertise is required in UMTS radio networks optimization for the 3G role.
At least 2 years of successful experience in LTE (WiMAX) RF planning and optimization for the 4G role.

Knowledge of equipment and radio network solutions: NSN is a must; other vendors is an advantage and appreciated.

Fluent or upper intermediate English is required.
