Radio Network Optimisation (RNO) Engineer x3, Lyon/Paris

3 months (to be renewable)

We are looking for a Radio Network Optimisation (RNO) Engineer x3 to work on a contract basis for an international mobile telecommunications vendor, based in Lyon and Paris.

The role is to work as part of an ongoing optimisation project, taking responsibility for the following duties;

- RF optimization of 2G/3G/4G clusters
- SFR Benchmark activity: drive-tests post-processing, reverse engineering
- Actix tool management: updates, training, reports/templates management
- Will ensure achievement and maintenance of target 3G/2G NW KPIs..
- Will ensure a good communication with Customer contact throughout the project.
- Provide daily/weekly report to management team

Successful applicants will be able to display a proven track record/skill set in the following areas;

- Sound Huawei/NSN 2/3G knowledge.
- GSM/WCDMA Radio network planning and optimization knowledge
- Team working skills
- Field operations skills
- Swap operation experience is desirable

The role is a 3 month contract that will be reviewed and renewed if necessary. The role is working in Lyon or Paris therefore the contract requires applicants to speak fluently both French & English and be able to mobilise quickly.Project People Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
