Radio Network (Mobile Broadband) Solution Consultant - have LTE experience
Responsibilities:
- Sharing and output of required deliverables
- Provide Radio network planning and optimization consulting service and responsible for operator network service solution architecture design, include RF hot service solution, such as HetNet, Service experienced oriented network architecture design.
- Communicate the high-level customers of operators in the important service bidding projects, and support technical presentation or workshop; Customize the Radio network planning and optimization service solutions based on operator's request and be responsible for competitiveness of the solution.
- Global RF consulting project delivery, improve customer satisfaction.
- Identify and analyze the key RF service requirement from the valued operator, and responsible for the RF service development and optimization.
- Through analysis of RF planning and design technical development trend, provide the suggestion for future RF solution architecture design.
Requirements:
- At least 12 years 2G/3G/LTE RF network planning, or optimization experiences (include RF service solution architecture development experiences), and at least 5 years RF team management experiences
- Familiar with latest RF technology, such as HetNet, Small Cell, Service experienced oriented network planning.
- Strong interpersonal
- Willingness for frequent international travels.
- Excellent English skills both in verbal and written are required.
Key qualities to look for in a candidate:
- Deep knowledge in follow technologies:
o HetNet (Heterogeneous Network)
o Small cell solutions and products
o LTE
- Service Solution design/development experience
- High-level customer interaction, strong in presentations
