RADIO FREQUENCY SERVICE TECH SKILL SET

- Cable television experience
- Cable modem experience DOCSIS 3.0
- How to run coax and able install F connectors
- Troubleshoot with Signal Level Meter (knowledge of this meter)
- Able to do visual inspection and identify issues within the wall plate
- Familiar with analog and digital networks
- Know how to conduct themselves appropriately in a hospitality environment
- Able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, as required NOT 8-5 M-F
- Physically capable of walking long hours and moving furniture and equipment

ROOM TECH INSTALL SKILL SET FOR BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING ROOM CALLS

- Familiar with cable modems
- Familiar with set top boxes and able to resolve set top box issues
- Able to DRA a set top box
- Able to work flexible hours, nights, weekends, as required NOT 8-5 M-F
- Know how to conduct themselves appropriately in a hospitality environment
- Basic troubleshooting skills
- Physically capable of walking long hours and moving furniture and equipment
- Cable television experience
