For our client in Norway we are urgently looking for Radio Engineers to start ASAP.
GENERAL SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Regular Radio planning for a minimum duration of 3 years.
- Experience in Radio planning for indoor coverage and Tunnels.
- DAS.
- Smallcell planning experience.
- Proven and documented experience in Radio Planning of Nokia RAN.
- Capabilities documented in Asset Radioplanng tools.
- OSS KPI experienced.
- Proven experience in Drive test analyses to detect coverage issues
SOFT SKILLS:
- Kreative
- Fluent in Minimum one Scandinavian language plus English oral and written
- Solution orientated personality
- Team player
- Good communicative skills towards site owners and Infrastructure companies
- Fully familiar with the geographic and topology in the eight largest Norwegian Cities.
