Outsource UK Ltd is actively seeking to recruit for a contract SC Ckeared Electronics Technician/Radio Engineer role on behalf of a client.

The Client:
OUR CLIENT IS A DEFENCE ORGANISATION WORKING IN AN ELECTRONIC WARFARE ENVIRONMENT. YOU WILL WORK WITH RF AND TRACSVANs, primarily in support of maritime and air defence exercises and NEWVANs for communications surveillance.

The Job:
1. Inventory all cables and report on stock, quality etc.
2. Unit Test procedures for TRACSVAN/MNV communications sub systems such as:
- R&S M3SR & Amp
- Park Air 3040
- Comms Sw Panel and Manual Jamming
- FS2000
- Audio Matrix
- Empower Amp
- HF RT-9000 and Amp
- URC 200
- Miniceptor
- WinRadio

3. Training on Comms Test Equipment and R&S CMS 52.
4. Spares recover and test all equipment and cables from TVA.

This is a 3 month contract role and is commutable from Glastonbury, Taunton, Somerset and Salisbury.
