Individuals must have excellent written and verbal English communication skills! Night work is necessary in this type of work, however, it should be the exception, not the rule. It's all about gaining access to the floor or the people on the floor to get the information required in order to build out the rack designs. An estimate would be 30% evening work. Candidates MUST have extensive experience using MS Excel and Visio.
