R2P Project Manager (Request to Payment)

THE R2P PROGRAM AIMS TO IMPLEMENT A PROCUREMENT SYSTEM BASED ON HUBWOO TECHNOLOGY (WHICH IS BASED ON SAP) AND INTEGRATE THIS IN THE CLIENT'S IT LANDSCAPE (INTEGRATION WITH PEOPLESOFT ERP AND OTHER LOCAL IT SYSTEMS).

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

- A Master or Bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.
- Proven experience in project management (minimum 3 years) within IT.
- Experience with personal productivity tools and planning tools; Prince 2 certification is an asset;
- You have excellent written and oral knowledge of English.
- Knowledge of Dutch or French is an asset.
- Experience in ERP software package implementation or procurement related implementations is an asset.

JOB DESCRIPTION

The PM has the following main tasks:

- During the initiation phase (together with the Prog.Mngr):
- Focus on finalizing the PID and more specific, work together with other internal departments and sub-contracts to get the necessary plans & estimates and finally the commitment (Statement Of Work/work package) for the different sub-components/sub-projects of the program.
- Ensure consistency between the different sub-plans
- During the execution phase:
- Project manage one or more sub-projects within the program
