R&D Process Engineer (m/w)

We are looking for an experiencedR&D Process Engineer for the following tasks:

+ Facilitate the project development method, tool-chain and process with the respective departments and teams
1. Requirements management and exchange with customer
2. Continuous build, integration and test
3. Automated test and validation
4. Agile methods
+ Lead Process Improvement Action Plan to reach maturity goals in project
+ Coach rest of project team on process excellence mindset, policy & practices)
+ Carry out root cause analysis for SysSw Q claims/issues (collected from all kinds of "assessments" and reviews)
+ Share best practice and LLC (SMART, GEEDS, PWGs)
+ Managing and control reviews in cooperation with SYS&SW Q
1. SYS&SW reviews
2. GEDS/RAISE TRs / DRs
3. SPICE/GAMA assessments (internal and externeal)
+ Manage tailoring and destandardization requests from project to (T)PL
+ Support PM & R&D-PTM & SW PM to manage priority and process maturity tasks vs. milestone
+ Support the rest of the project team for process needs
+ Escalation path depending on severity:
1. skip-level in project to PM
2. to SYSWQA
3. in his line hierachy.

+ Experience in Quality (2 years)
+ Experience in the Software Quality Assurance / + Software Development field
+ Experience with the software development process, systems engineering methodologies, and test techniques
+ Experience in training or mentoring peers in engineering methodologies
+ Experience in embedded SW/SY development (automotive experience is a plus)
+ Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (V-Cycle, Agile)
+ Experience in International standards (ISO TS 16949/ISO 14000/OHSAS)
+ experienced in ASPICE/CMMI
