R&D Mechanical Engineer- Full Time Medical Device

Real Staffing Group is looking for Mechanical R&D Engineer Development to join a respected medical device company in the Mountain View CA area.

Company: The medical device company is highly respected in the industry. They are moving their entire R&D center here to the Bay Area and are looking for motivated people to join this new team to restructure of the department from the ground up.

Role: As a R&D Engineer you are responsible for the design and development of this company’s disposable products. You will need to test all designs, resolve problems, and develop new methods to produce these devices. You are responsible for coordination with team members to make sure that projects are being push forward as well as meeting client expectations.

Requirements:
Minimum BS Engineering
Minimum 3 yrs of Medical Device experience within R&D
Hands on experience with mechanical design changes, extrusion, injection molding
Desired Hands on experience with Balloon materials, extrusion, and balloon blowing
Team Player, Cross-Functional worker, and Effective Communication

Salary:
90,000-105,000 + Bonus + Good Benefits Package
